The conference fees (participant and student) include attendance in the scientific programme, conference materials, lunch and coffee at the congress venue as well as the Welcome Reception on Saturday, 23 May, the Cruise in the Archipelago on Monday, 25 May, Visit to the Handicrafts Museum on Tuesday, 26 May and the Conference Dinner on Tuesday, 26 May. The accompanying person’s fee includes participation in all the above mentioned social events.

All participants will receive a confirmation letter from the Congress Office in the beginning of April 2009 (or shortly after registering if the registration is made after 15 March).

All payments must be made in euros (EUR). Please make sure that your name and words

3. An invoice will be sent upon request only. Please note that an invoicing charge of EUR 5 will be added to all invoices.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office before 25 April 2009. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
